Cheryl Ruddock is a painter from Guelph, Ontario. For more than twenty years she has been exploring and pushing the boundaries of colour, as well as certain recurring symbols, such as female clothing and botanicals.
Ruddock continues to work with oil on canvas and gouache on handmade paper. She also works with master printer Stu Oxley at the Riverside Studio to create monoprints. She is represented by KWT Contemporary in downtown Toronto, by Harbinger Gallery in Waterloo, Ontario, and by renann isaacs contemporary art in Guelph, Ontario. Her paintings belong to numerous private and corporate collections in Canada and the United States.
